What Topics Am I Passionate About Discussing?

What topics do you like to discuss?

Throughout my life journey, I have walked many different paths — from managing my family’s major retail business as a teenager to founding international startups and returning to the world of construction and development. These experiences have cultivated a deep and diverse set of passions that today form the core of my professional and personal identity. These are not just areas of interest; they are tools for growth, learning, and the realization of my dreams.

1. Personal Growth, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and the Psychology of Success

I am deeply passionate about conversations surrounding personal development, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset, and understanding the human brain. My experiences with neurofeedback sessions and studies in psychology taught me that success is not merely about hard work; it requires deep self-awareness, focus enhancement, emotional regulation, and the nurturing of internal motivation.

2. History and Politics: Learning from the Past to Shape the Future

History fascinates me because I believe we cannot build a meaningful future without deeply understanding the past. Likewise, politics offers a reflection of societal structures and the dynamics of power. Engaging in discussions about historical events and political strategies allows me to develop a broader perspective for making significant decisions in business and life.

3. Technology and the Future of Commerce

I am immensely drawn to technology and innovation, especially in how they transform markets and human lives. Discussions around emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, and their future impact energize me. I believe in a future where technology serves as a catalyst for human creativity, freedom, and progress.

4. Teamwork, Leadership, and Management

Having led various teams over the years, I have developed a profound appreciation for the art of leadership and teamwork. I enjoy discussing the differences between a manager and a leader, ways to inspire teams, build a strong organizational culture, and guide individuals toward shared growth and achievement.

5. Practical Use of Psychological Tests in Business and Team Management

I have a special interest in the practical application of psychological assessments like MBTI, Big Five, and DISC in professional settings. These tools help me better understand team members’ personalities, identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and create more cohesive, motivated, and high-performing teams.

6. Investment Projects and Escaping the Rat Race

Inspired by Robert Kiyosaki’s teachings on financial independence, I am passionate about investment strategies and creating passive income streams. I constantly seek smart investment projects that can break the chains of the rat race, enabling financial freedom, mental independence, and long-term wealth building.

7. Architecture and Engineering: The Harmony of Creativity and Logic

With my academic background in civil engineering and research on seismic strengthening of structures, I maintain a strong fascination for architecture, engineering, and sustainable urban development. For me, these fields beautifully merge creativity with logic, offering innovative solutions for tomorrow’s challenges.

8. Inspirational Stories and Series

Finally, I cannot overlook my profound admiration for inspirational stories and shows like Suits. Watching the series five times was not just entertainment for me; it was a masterclass in negotiation, leadership, crisis management, and loyalty to one’s values. Analyzing the characters and their decisions continues to inspire me in both personal and professional spheres.

If I Could Have the Perfect Conversation…

An ideal conversation for me is not just an exchange of information but a journey into the world of ideas, experiences, and mutual inspirations.

In my perfect conversation, we would:

Discuss how to grow as a free, creative, and committed human being; Dive into history and politics to extract lessons from the past to shape a better future; Explore emerging technologies and how artificial intelligence and digital commerce are reshaping industries and societies; Reflect on teamwork and leadership as the art of building dreams through collective action rather than mere management; Apply psychological insights practically to improve team dynamics and business success; Strategize about investment opportunities to escape the rat race and achieve lasting financial freedom; And, draw leadership lessons from powerful storytelling and fictional characters like Harvey Specter, finding inspiration even in the toughest challenges.

A conversation where curiosity thrives, mutual respect prevails, and both sides leave with something more valuable than they came with — that is the kind of dialogue that excites me.

I believe that our true passions are reflections of our deepest dreams and aspirations.

For me, these topics are not just fields of interest — they are essential pillars on the path toward building a future that, one day, I can look back on with genuine pride.

If you resonate with these worlds of thought, I would be delighted to connect and journey together toward creating impact, growth, and lasting value.
